Welcome Home

I've lived at Pepperwood Apartments for three years now and the reason I am moving out is due to recently purchasing a home. My experience has been nothing below excellent. The office staff is very helpful, friendly and always go above and beyond. The maintenance staff is professional and very prompt. The grounds are always well kept, and the apartments themselves are beautiful. I'm going to miss living here!

Pepperwood was my first apartment on my own ever and I absolutely love it! I was nervous at home but the management staff made this transition super easy and made me feel really at home! The office staff is so nice and the maintenance staff is super quick and efficient! This was a great choice for me and I don't plan on going anywhere anytime soon!

Just moved in a couple months ago and couldn't be happier! One thing I love about these apartments is the openness of the living room, dining roo, and how the kitchen overlooks both of these rooms. The fireplace adds a nice warm home feeling. Also I may be luckier than some of the other residents because my view out my windows and off my deck are one of my favorite parts! Espeially when the sun is setting and the train goes by in the trees! It's like a perfect painted picture! 

Not only do I love my apartments, but the whole process of getting my place and figuring everything out was a lot easier than I expected especially for it being my first place. Adrianna and a couple other front desk workers helped me out tremendously on knowing each step I needed to take. I've had a few questions here and there since moving in and they have always been super helpful!

I would highly recommend Pepperwood for anyone seeking a wonderful apartment in a great, safe, and beautiful place! The girls at the leasing office are always so friendly and willing to help. Go and make Pepperwood your new home!

We have lived at Pepperwood for year and just signed another year lease. We love the complex. The location is convenient to just about anything and our apartment is very cozy. I am in a wheelchair and Pepperwood is the only complex that offered the 100% accessible apartment that I needed.

Management and staff have always been very friendly and courteous.

Great location. Near shopping and entertainment, highway access and alternate routes to downtown KC. Great neighbors. Quiet, near by wooded areas. Only negative is tiny pool surrounded by chaise lounge chairs. No shade to get out of sun, bring lots of sun screen. Management and maintenance responsive and quickly fix anything Winter clean up and summer mowing is AAA the best. I 'm not moving, this is home.
